Pulsar Sport is a platform for amateur athletes in Kazakhstan covering running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Who We Are

Pulsar Sport ("Pulsar", "we", "us") is a sports platform operated by Shaigazy Mukhtarov, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We provide mobile and web services that help athletes track their training in running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon, connect with coaches, and discover sports events.

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect your Garmin Connect or Strava account, we access your activity data under the permissions you grant. This data is stored securely in our database and used solely to power your Pulsar experience.

We only request the minimum permissions necessary
You can revoke access at any time from your device settings or from the third-party platform
Disconnecting a third-party account stops future data sync; you may request deletion of previously synced data

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase / PostgreSQL) hosted in the European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@pulsarsport.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

Children's Privacy

Pulsar Sport is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the app. Continued use of Pulsar Sport after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
